My approach to healing is integrative, intuitive, and grounded in real-life application.
One-size-fits-all programs may work for some, but my philosophy is that healing happens by getting to the root of what’s creating the symptoms.
This means taking the time to work with what shows up for you from session to session, rather than forcing a formula.
There are universal truths in healing, but deep transformation happens in how those truths are applied to your real life.
That’s where one-on-one support becomes powerful.
Every person is different, and every session is shaped around what you’re experiencing — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
This work is always guided at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
We’re not forcing change or pushing through resistance.
We’re learning how to work with what’s already there — in a way that allows real, lasting shifts to happen without overwhelm.
Before your session, I do an intuitive reading to connect with your energy and receive messages that may help guide our session.
During your session, I draw from multiple modalities, including:
- talk therapy
- energy healing
- body-based practices
Some sessions may be more conversational.
Others may involve working more with the body or subtle patterns beneath the surface.
Most often, it’s a blend — guided by what your system needs in the moment.
Sessions often end with something for you to focus on at home — a journal prompt, a meditation practice, reconnecting with joy, or another simple step that supports your growth between sessions.
Over time, I began to see that many of the challenges we experience don’t exist in just one layer.
What we feel emotionally can be connected to what’s happening in the body.
What’s happening in the body can be connected to deeper patterns we may not yet be fully aware of.
This is where a more integrative approach becomes important.
There are also aspects of our experience that are more subtle — patterns, responses, and internal signals that aren’t always immediately visible, but they shape how we think, feel, and react.
Part of my work involves helping you become aware of these patterns and learning how to navigate them in a grounded, practical way.
This work isn’t just about what happens during a session.
It’s about what changes in your daily life.
You may begin to notice:

- a different relationship with your emotions

My role isn’t to “fix” you.
It’s to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, so you can begin to work with your own system in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and real.
