Healing is rarely one-dimensional.
What we experience emotionally affects the body. What happens in the body influences the mind. Stress impacts our relationships, our energy, our health, and our sense of purpose.
Because of this, I take an integrative approach to healing that considers the whole person.
Rather than following a rigid formula, each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Depending on what feels most supportive, sessions may include conversation, nervous system education, energy healing, lymphatic drainage, mindfulness practices, intuitive insight, or other integrative techniques.
Together, we create a process that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with where you are right now.
Why An Integrative Approach?
Integrative Therapy allows us to work with multiple layers at the same time.
Many people have tried therapy, coaching, bodywork, self-help books, meditation, or energy healing and found that each helped, but only addressed part of what they were experiencing.
Some clients primarily need emotional support and reflection.
Some benefit from nervous system education and practical tools.
Others find that energy healing or body-based therapies help access patterns that are difficult to reach through conversation alone.
Many need one of these right now, and something different later.
There is no single right way to heal.
The goal is not to fit you into a method.
The goal is to discover what works best for you.

Every session is unique because every person is unique.

Ali recommends that new clients book a 90 minute or two hour session for a full intake of your goals and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
For returning clients, Ali recommends a 60 or 90 minute session. However, a 30 minute session is possible. It will depend on your circumstances. After your first session, we will determine together what will work best for you.
Typically, your session begins with a conversation.
You will get the most out of your session if you come prepared to discuss your intentions/goals, or progress or challenges you encountered in-between sessions.
Once the discussion is complete, you may then begin your energy healing based on what came up during the session.
Sometimes you will begin with energy healing and finish with talking. Sometimes you will do only one or the other. This all depends on what you and Ali perceive is best for you at that time, or based on your requests.
For new and returning clients, the session will typically take about 2 hours and is structured like a one-on-one session (please see the above question).
