The body is constantly working to move fluid, clear waste, support immunity, and maintain balance.
When that flow becomes sluggish, you may notice swelling, inflammation, fatigue, heaviness, or simply a feeling that something feels “stuck.”
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body, helping support circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
While many people seek lymphatic work for physical symptoms, I often find that the body is holding more than fluid alone. Stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions can also leave us feeling stagnant and disconnected.
Because of this, every session is personalized. Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may include lymphatic drainage, energy healing, nervous system support, and other integrative healing techniques designed to support the whole person.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is often viewed as a physical treatment, but I believe healing rarely happens in only one layer.
Your body, emotions, nervous system, and energy are constantly communicating with one another.
Rather than following the same routine for every client, I approach each session as a unique healing experience. Before we begin, I take time to understand what you’re experiencing and what kind of support feels right for you.
Some clients want purely physical bodywork.
Some prefer to combine lymphatic drainage with energy healing.
Others benefit from exploring the emotional and nervous system patterns that may be contributing to what they’re experiencing physically.
Together, we create a session that honors where you are and what your body is asking for.
This work is always gentle, personalized, and guided at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Typically, your session begins with Ali assessing your needs. If you have given her permission, she will meditate beforehand to connect with your energy and share with you how she is guided to proceed.
You will either wear comfortable clothes, or lie under a sheet. This depends on your comfort level and focus area.
Your session will conclude with a debrief to discuss any findings and possible tips and techniques you can use to continue your healing at home.
