What duration of time is best for an Integrative Session?
- All new clients will need a two hour session for a full intake of your goals and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
- For returning clients, Ali recommends a 90 minute session at minimum. However, a 60 minute session is possible. It will depend on your circumstances. After your first session, we will determine together what will work best
for you.
What can I expect during an integrative session?
- Typically, your session begins with coaching. You will come prepared to explain your goals, or progress or challenges you encountered in between sessions.
- Once the coaching discussion is complete, you will then begin your energy healing based on what came up during the coaching.
- Sometimes you will begin with energy healing and finish with coaching. This depends on what Ali perceives is best for you at that time, or based on your requests.
How do couples sessions work?
For new and returning clients, the session will typically take about 2 hours and is structured like a one-on-one session (see the above question).
