What is Holistic Talk Therapy?
Talk Therapy sessions involve talking with a trained professional coach who can help you clarify your goals and determine how to achieve them.
Your coach also serves as your accountability partner, supporting you as you practice implementing your goals into your life.
What is Holistic Talk Therapy?
Holistic means to consider each part of the whole and how each part affects another.
Our whole Self can be perceived as four main parts: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual/energy.
When approaching talk therapy from a holistic lens, Ali will help you learn to consider how each part of your whole Self may be affecting the others.
Is your struggle to find a new job being affected by your emotional state? Is the chronic pain in your neck being created by the way you think about certain aspects of life? How can you heal these in order to liberate yourself and achieve your goals?

The Secret to Ali’s Success
Although Ali has worked with thousands of people and in many group settings, her real passion and gift is in sitting one-on-one with the unique person before her as they explore the depths of their heart, mind, and soul together.
Ali likes to go deep. Deep into the heart where the roots of your wounds await for you to awaken and uncover the beauty that lies within.
As an intuitive, Ali begins every session by reading your energy in the quantum field to guide you through the session to your own self-discoveries.
Ali is both gentle and direct, helping people to see what they struggle to on their own, but when they’re ready.

- Finding purpose and meaning
- Improving relationships with others and self
- Trauma healing
- Shadow Work
Our thoughts, emotions, and decisions create the life we live. The question is whether we are creating consciously or unconsciously.
The purpose of Shadow Work is to become a Conscious Creator of your life so that you are not controlled by your unconscious belief systems that sabotage relationships, work opportunities, and your peace and happiness.
With Ali, you will engage in thought-provoking, eye-opening discussions and exercises to bring your unconscious belief-systems into your conscious awareness.
We all have light and dark (or shadow) aspects within us. One way to think about this is: our greatest weaknesses (our shadows) are also our greatest strengths (our light). For example, someone may be very bossy and demanding. When they learn how to turn that into a strength, such as being assertive rather than aggressive, they tap into the light and love that is really their true intention all along.
Shadow work takes us beyond technical tools, such as saying the right thing at the right time. It helps us to heal emotional wounds that cause us to get stuck in our shadow. This is important because until we heal our wounds (or do our shadow work), no tool in our toolbox will work, or at least not for very long.
By becoming conscious of the shadows within us, we learn how to make peace with our past and to experience joy in the present at a level that is difficult to describe until you experience it.
Learn how to integrate your loving intentions with the strengths that are buried within your shadows. When you do, you will see how healing becomes fun and oh so much easier.
