This is the most popular type of therapy session. Clients sometimes have an idea of what type of session they want, but then everything changes when the session begins or as it unfolds. You and Ali will always agree to any changes before they are implemented.

Conversely, when we are experiencing physical pain, it is reflected in our emotions. By  working with energy therapy to heal our body, and then doing talk therapy to discover the connection, we deepen our healing.

What duration of time is best for an Integrative Session?

Ali recommends that new clients book a two hour session for a full intake of your goals and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

For returning clients, Ali recommends a 90 minute session at minimum. However, a 60 minute session is possible. It will depend on your circumstances. After your first session, we will determine together what will work best for you.

What can I expect during an Integrative Session?

Typically, your session begins with talk therapy. It is best if you come prepared to discuss your intentions/goals, or progress or challenges you encountered in-between sessions.

Once the discussion is complete, you will then begin your energy healing based on what came up during the session.

Sometimes you will begin with energy healing and finish with talking. Sometimes you will do only one or the other. This all depends on what you and Ali perceive is best for you at that time, or based on your requests.

How do couples sessions work?

For new and returning clients, the session will typically take about 2 hours and is structured like a one-on-one session (see the above question).
