As a coach, Ali will serves as your accountability partner, supporting you as you practice implementing your goals into your life. As your guide, Ali will support you through your own inner world of healing and growing and ascending back into your whole Self.

What type of talk therapy coaching does Sophia Insight offer?

Ali Hartson is a certified life coach with training in transpersonal psychology and mindfulness. She combines her training, experience, and intuitive abilities to offer sessions that focus on:

What duration of time is best for a Holistic Talk Therapy Session?

Ali recommends that new clients book a two hour session for a full intake of your goals and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

For returning clients, Ali recommends a 90 minute session at minimum. However, a 60 minute session is possible. It will depend on your circumstances. After your first session, we will determine together what will work best for you.

How do couples sessions work?

For new and returning clients, the session will typically take about 2 hours and is structured like a one-on-one session (see the above question).
