Ali’s Technique

Ali allows her intuition to guide her into combining  energy therapy and body therapy into one session for a deep , long lasting result.

With the client’s permission, Ali will connect with your energy in meditation before the session to see how best to support your healing. Typically, Ali begins sessions with energy therapy. Sometimes this is all clients want. Then, she finishes with massage techniques focused on your area of concern. Some clients only want body work. Simply let Ali know your preferences.
